Firstly, our low cost SDS Check Service, which is charged by the data sheet, and second, our subscription service, which may be preferable if you have more than 100 or so SDS's to check. 

The subscription service provides constantly updated software that allows you to check your own sheets in a number of ways (see below). It's an ideal way not only to check that your Safety Data Sheets are up to date, but that they also comply with the latest CHIP(3) regulations. Using the software is simple and is essentially a matter of data entry and/or ticking boxes to confirm that certain criteria are met. The software provided is an "expert" system as it's logic and cross checks encapsulates ESL knowledge and experience.  

Select one of three check modes BASIC, STANDARD and DETAILED. The BASIC-mode checks the classification and essential details in key sections. STANDARD operation provides a good check on all required elements of the SDS and is recommended for checking all data sheets on an annual basis. The DETAILED mode may be used as a quality assurance tool, as it adds further checks to cover each element of the SDS including such a things as presentation etc.

Data sheets found to fail the software compliance check may either be corrected by you or referred to us with the resultant fail code. If required, this will help us to advise you what corrective action is required.  In many cases where we are able to advise by telephone what changes need to be made the cost is covered by the quarterly subscription charge.  If however the SDS needs to  be sent to us for fundamental revision, then the cost will be half our normal check service cost per data sheet.
